Our family has had a few pets through out my life. At first, we had two cats named Piedre and Colorado. My parents gave Colorado to a friend of theirs, because she was harassing our neighbors birds. I don't remember Colorado as well. I loved Piedre! I had the honer of filling her food bowl everyday. She would go around our backyard catching small animals, which being a little kid, I thought was extremely cool! When I was about 9, Piedre died from old age, who lived to be about 11.
We didn't have another pet until I was 11. My Mom's secretary at school had dogs who were having puppies and so we got Jazz! A year past and they had puppies again, and since we loved Jazz so much, we just had to get another, Luna!
Pets definitely play a part in our family. They are so much fun and we enjoy having them. They keep us company and are always there for us. They keep us moving and give us someone to look forward to seeing when we go home. I love having pets in my family and will defiantly always have them in my life.
I can't tell about ONE special pet, because that wouldn't be fair because I love them both equally. I will tell you about Jazz and Luna, my TWO favorite dogs in the whole wide world! I walk them every day when I'm not in a rush to soccer practice and it's not raining. We play tug-of-war, fetch (kinda), and soccer. They LOVE to run FAST. They like to see their friend dog Ginger, a miniature collie who lives down the street. Jazz and Luna are both a mix between a Bichon Frise and Toy Poodle. Jazz is 2 years old (born Feb. 22) and Luna is 2 also (born Oct. 30). I love having these little, white, furry, energetic dogs and hope to keep them in my life many years to come.
